Our Shipping Promise
At GlobalGlides every order is custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because your item enters production the moment you place your order, please allow additional time for printing before shipment. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the premium quality you expect from every GlobalGlides product.
Production Time
All orders require a production period before shipment:
- Standard Production: 3–5 business days
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment partner
Production times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand. We will notify you of any significant delays.

United States
- Shipping Cost: Free on every order — no minimum required
- Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days after production
- Total Estimated Time: 8–13 business days from order date
- Carrier: USPS or equivalent
- Tracking: Provided on every order
Canada
- Shipping Cost: $6.99 flat rate
- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after production
- Total Estimated Time: 10–19 business days from order date
- Tracking: Provided on every order
Australia
- Shipping Cost: $9.99 flat rate
- Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days after production
- Total Estimated Time: 13–25 business days from order date
- Tracking: Provided on every order
Rest of World
- Shipping Cost: $12.99 flat rate
- Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days after production
- Total Estimated Time: 13–26 business days from order date
- Tracking: Provided on every order where available
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for movement to appear in the carrier's system.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days please contact us at support@globalglides.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes — International Orders
GlobalGlides ships internationally from our fulfillment partners located in the United States. International customers please be aware of the following:
- All customs duties, import taxes, and carrier-imposed fees assessed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer
- GlobalGlides does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse customs duties or import taxes of any kind
- Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate
- Customs policies vary by country — we encourage international customers to check their local regulations before ordering
- Refused or abandoned shipments due to customs fees are not eligible for a refund as production and fulfillment have already been completed
Shipping Delays
GlobalGlides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs processing in the destination country
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Peak season volume at carrier facilities
If you experience an unusual delay please contact us at support@globalglides.com and we will do everything within our ability to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at support@globalglides.com
- Include URGENT and your order number in the subject line
- We will attempt to intercept the order before it enters production
Once an order has entered production or shipped we cannot guarantee an address change. GlobalGlides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in transit: Contact us at support@globalglides.com if your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days. We will open a carrier investigation and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms the loss.
Delivered but not received: GlobalGlides is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors, all entry points of your property, and contacting your local carrier facility. If theft is suspected please file a police report.
