At GlobalGlides, we stand behind every product we sell. Every item is custom printed on demand specifically for you — meaning your order is brand new, never handled, and made exclusively for you the moment you place it.
If something arrives wrong through any fault of ours, we will make it right. Period.

What We Cover

If any of the following apply to your order, contact us and we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost:

- Your item arrives visibly damaged
- Your item has a print defect, crack, fade, or misalignment
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color
- Your item is missing from your order entirely
- Your order is confirmed lost by the carrier during transit

How To Request A Replacement

1. Email us at support@globalglides.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Use your order number as the subject line
3. Include clear photos of the issue
4. Briefly describe what happened

We will respond within 1–2 business days and get your replacement moving as quickly as possible.

Sizing & Order Accuracy

Because every GlobalGlides product is made to order the moment you purchase, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

- Sizing preferences or fit issues
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer errors made during checkout

We want every customer to order with confidence which is why we provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We strongly encourage you to review it before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? We understand. Contact us at support@globalglides.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will do everything we can to stop production before your order enters the print queue.
After 24 hours production has typically already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible. The sooner you reach out the better.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days contact us immediately. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms the package as lost.

Delivered but not received: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package we recommend checking with neighbors, all entry points of your property, and contacting your local carrier. GlobalGlides is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but we will always do our best to help you find a resolution.

International Orders

GlobalGlides proudly ships worldwide. International customers please note:

This policy applies to all orders regardless of country
Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
International shipping timelines vary and are outside our control once handed to the carrier
Lost international shipments are handled the same as domestic — contact us and we will investigate

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order please contact us at support@globalglides.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and directly and we genuinely want the chance to make things right for you first.

Legal & Jurisdiction

GlobalGlides operates in full compliance with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices — Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) and all applicable federal consumer protection laws. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Nothing in this policy waives any consumer rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
